Founder and Director - Jess’s mission is to help Tasmania be an example to the world of place-based sustainability. With over ten years with the Global Island Partnership largely in New York City, Jessica has returned to her island home of Tasmania to build partnerships to increase ambition and action to maintain what is wonderful, protect what is invaluable and urgently fix problems facing the Tasmanian community. Jessica is connected locally and globally working with Tasmanian Leaders Inc and the Micronesia Challenge. She stays energised trail running in wild places and eating lots of delicious local produce whenever possible.

Dan Norton AO

Dan Norton is an experienced Chairman, CEO, strategic consultant and mentor who has worked in the health, infrastructure and electricity sectors, central government agencies and in international commodity marketing. He has first-hand experience across a broad range of areas including public policy, health science research, health services, electricity, transport (including ports and rail), privatisation and corporatisation, financial management reform, education, water and sewerage services, information and communications technology, agricultural marketing and public sector management.

A former Managing Director of the Hydro Electric Corporation, Secretary, Department of Premier and Cabinet and Deputy Secretary, Department of Treasury and Finance in Tasmania. Dan is currently Chair of TasNetworks Pty Ltd.

Kim Seagram

A serial entrepreneur, Kim with her husband and/or team has built, founded, run and sold many businesses including a vineyard, numerous restaurants, boutique accommodation, a distillery, gyms, a farmer’s market and now drives the FermenTasmania project. She also sits on many boards and contributes to the future of Tasmania in many ways.

From the Tasmanian wine industry to tourism and hospitality, Kim works through her myriad business interests, organisations and community projects to continue to help build the Tasmanian brand and create a future for Tasmanians we can all be proud of.

Robert Woolley

Rob is Board Chair of Tasmanian Leaders and senior food industry investor. He was Chair of Bellamy’s Australia, an organic baby food company, and branded food company TasFoods. He was also Chair of Tandou, a water investment and agri-business based on the Murray Darling river system. A trusted strategist and adviser on island solutions and island leadership and wants to help islands, including Tasmania, be visible for their leadership in sustainability.
